Can I cancel my order?

Within the first 24 hours after you place an order, all you have to do is to send us a request at help@smartrike.com .Upon receiving confirmation that your order was successfully cancelled, you will get a full refund.

What is the shipping policy?

smarTrike currently ships to the following locations: The Contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories are currently unavailable. smarTrike offers FedEx Ground Home Delivery shipping service, which arrives 2 to 6 business days after your product ships. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. For more information check out our full shipping policy here.

Do you ship overseas?

Sorry, we currently do not deliver items to countries not listed above, but we’re adding more new locations regularly so check back soon!
