I ordered from the website, when will my trike arrive ?

After your trike is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Use that number to follow the shipping at any time. If for some reason the tracking is not clear, contact our team at [email protected] for assistance.

Can I separately buy parts that aren’t included with a specific trike?

smarTrike makes a wide variety of models. Some can be upgraded with extra features, and others cannot. If an upgrade is possible for your model, we would love to offer you the parts at [email protected]
