How do I assemble the trike?

Every product comes with simple step-by-step illustrated instructions. For an even better experience, we have many useful videos on our youtube channel called “smartrike instructions”.

Can I separately buy parts that aren’t included with a specific trike?

smarTrike makes a wide variety of models. Some can be upgraded with extra features, and others cannot. If an upgrade is possible for your model, we would love to offer you the parts at our contact us form.

We’ve assembled the trike in a wrong way, how do we fix it?

I ordered from the website, when will my trike arrive ?

After your trike is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Use that number to follow the shipping at any time. If for some reason the tracking is not clear, contact our team at [email protected] for assistance.

Where can I locate the model number and date code on my STR?

The model number and date code can be found on the bottom of the body of your trike. This area is below the seat and closest to the ground. Here is an image for reference:

I think my product is missing parts, who do I need to contact?

How to change balance bike to the advanced stage?

Simply detach the handle bar and seat, flip the frame and re-attach the parts. We've included detailed instructions and even tools in the box!

Is it easy to assemble?

Yes! Take it out of the box and unfold it, no tools necessary. Make sure your child is wearing all the safety gear, and ride on!
