Warranty

 

What is your warranty policy?

Our products come with 1 year warranty coverage for manufacturing defects. We warrant to the original purchaser that this product is free of defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase (dated sales receipt is required for proof of purchase)

This Limited Warranty is not transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to, damage and wear to tires, power shocks and other non-durable parts).

How can I get Assembly instructions for my product?

For help with Product Assembly, view the customer support tab under "Product Manual" on our web site and find your product manual by the name of the product model.

What can you tell me about the safety of your products?

Children's safety is our top priority .Quality and safety are concepts which lead our manufacturing ,starting from its design up to delivery to final consumer.  The smarTrike range, has been subjected to the most rigorous Safety Testing. We constantly test the products and were confident that they are fit for the purpose.

 

Replacement Parts

 

Can I get a replacement part for a product still under warranty?

If your product is under warranty and has a defect or missing part, we will ship you a replacement part.  You may contact Customer Service on our web site: http://www.smartrike.com/customer-service/  or by E-mail to help@smart-trike.com or call 1-855-SMTRKUS / 1-855-768-7587

 

Please include the following information:

-       A full digital image of your Trike.

-       A digital photo of the request or the problem

-       Purchase date (please send us the picture of invoice/receipt/ gift receipt).

-       Your full name, address, country and phone number.

-       The stamped number on the bottom of the body or Sticker on the Basket (see on the bottom side of the body close to the front wheel: for example “STT2310” or Two rows of Number).

 

Can I purchase replacement parts if my warranty expired?

Some replacement parts may be available for purchase after the warranty expires, some may not due to a discontinued line.
